We will be serving a three-course menu for 55€ per person:

Starter:
Burrata, ramsons pesto & peanuts

Main course:
Poached trout, lovage “pil-pil” sauce & whey-seasoned potato purée

Dessert:
Chocolate fondant, rhubarb ice cream & salted caramel
